The project involved a comprehensive interior renovation of a residential property located in Wainsfort, Terenure, aimed at modernizing the existing spaces and optimizing their functionality. The scope of work included the reconfiguration of rooms, installation of a fully equipped new kitchen, the creation of a garage and bicycle storage area, as well as a new bathroom and an expanded entrance hall through an extension.

A new staircase was incorporated to access the upper-floor bedrooms, where the layout was reorganized to improve circulation and space utilization. Additionally, extensions were carried out in the dormers to enlarge the bedrooms and bathrooms, enhancing natural light and creating a greater sense of spaciousness. Glass doors were installed to improve visual continuity between spaces.

Overall, the renovation aimed to transform the house into a modern and functional home, maintaining harmony among the different areas while enhancing the occupants’ quality of life.
