The renovation and extension project at Kingsfurze Avenue is progressing steadily and in an organized manner. The works include the construction of a new first floor with a dormer, which will expand the living area and provide brighter and more functional spaces.

At the same time, modifications and modernization works are being carried out on the ground floor, with the goal of updating the house to contemporary standards of comfort and efficiency. These changes aim to optimize the interior layout, improve the connection between spaces, and give the home a more open and modern character.

Currently, the main structure of the dormer and roof is under construction, with significant progress on the timber framing and structural elements that will shape the final design. With these advances, the project is beginning to reveal the new volumetry that will define the house, blending tradition with modernity.

This project reflects a joint effort to revalue the existing home and adapt it to the current needs of its occupants, combining extension, renovation, and contemporary architectural design.
